Record-Fundamental New Physics Without a Global Postulator: The L-type Audition, the Candidate Normal Forms, and the Audition Verdict

Is record structure fundamental physics? Two authorities in the literature's practice settle the question by fiat: the inflationary pronouncement ("information is physical, therefore fundamental") and the deflationary one ("records are bookkeeping; no new physics"). This series has so far typed rather than decided: Paper 39 found the record-species filter inert under its assumption H; Paper 47 killed the species bridge for every functional respecting the architecture's own typing premise — L-type: record structure = state/accessibility data — at its declared scope, and priced the violation as "falsifiable in principle — violating it is new physics, " leaving behind the normal form B, the acceptance gate (a) - (e), and the calibrated entry criterion as pre-registration instruments "for whoever attempts a future bridge. " Nobody has attempted it. This paper — the centre panel of the nineteenth grouping, consuming Paper 63's Audition Charter, ledger L2, and adoption-rule extension A6-A10 unmodified — is the attempt, made inside the corpus so that its price is paid on the record. The foil, the Global Postulator, is both fiats at once; it is retired not by answering the question but by running the audit either way, so that whichever branch the computation lands on arrives with an audit trail instead of an authority. The candidate slate is one candidate per registered door, each the literature's own strongest variant written in 47's normal form and built to its best case before any cell is evaluated: FN1 — the record-sourced threshold, a scalar coarse-grained export-certified record-density field rhoᵣec (x) entering the species mass matrix through one universal calibratable coupling gᵣec; FN2 — the postulated crossed-product completion, record structure as an observer sector extending the Type III₁ algebra to Type II, with one calibratable normalization coefficient gₜr; FN3 — record-dependent boundary conditions at the declared audit boundary, one calibratable response coefficient gbc. The slate is representative-by-registered-door, not exhaustive over all conceivable L-type physics, and the audition matrix is reusable: a later candidate of the same door receives an add-only row without changing the verdict machinery. The audition matrix — rows the slate, columns 47's gate (a) - (e) at registered strength, per-cell procedures fixed in advance — is computed in full. FN1 passes every cell at audit grade: the explicit functional (a) ; the entry route derived from the declared coupling alone (b) ; the closed-form DeltaF (1/G) instantiating 47's own calibration template (c) ; the matched three-scheme certificate, physical-threshold form (d) ; and the enumerated cost row — species-dependent threshold shifts, equivalence-principle tension, vacuum stability, compatibility with 42's calibrated band — with the joint-consistency pre-check (e). FN2 fails (c) as circular under the registered criterion: every known Type II trace normalization consumes G (as A/4G) before the output is formed; the sharpened price is a G-free normalization anchor. FN3 is partial-blocked at (c): the edge-sector contact-term coefficient as a closed-form function of the certified boundary flux jᵣec is the missing component, named. The realized branch is then computed by 63's state machine, not chosen: scoped. The N1 candidate's A6 is complete and its A7 joint-consistency re-run passes (the joint admissible-coefficient region is displayed nonempty) ; its A8-pre — the one L2 spend — is declared-not-yet-executed: no currently deposited dataset satisfies the ledger's admissibility conditions (world-side; pre-existing or pre-registered; record-blind; independent of 42's calibration dataset) with a certified record-density differential, and 63's sequencing bars any substitute. Nothing failed; no spend is at risk; no adoption verdict exists. Paper 64 can trigger an A10-pending adoption state, but cannot complete adoption; A10-completion is Paper 65's executor seat — and this paper triggers nothing. The ceiling: no world-side claim, no band, no floor, no feasibility motion, on any branch; U3Status is restated, never re-scored — 44's laboratory remains the corpus's only live world-side route. Strict recovery is exact: 47's kill, gate, and premise wordings, 41/42's adoption and closure records, and 39/40's conditionals return unchanged when the audition is forgotten. The registered controlling phrase holds: 63 builds the route. 64 may use it. 65 manages the consequences. — this paper used the route's gates and stopped exactly where the ledger's discipline stops it.
