While Volume I established the core threshold-based governance framework and Volume II formalized the static centroid mechanics of the Centre of Focus (COF / 0) under the unswerving principle of Equilibrium (Zhong), this work captures the dynamic wave propagation, interface kinetics, and resonance stabilization across the multiple learning interfaces, formalizing the principle of Harmony (He). I. Core Theoretical Framework In high-stakes, regulated civil engineering, keeping the human "in the loop" is an empty instruction unless the dynamic kinetics of the interfaces are mathematically governed.
