Torsion as a Spectral Probe of Regular Black-Hole Interiors: The Wx-E-TES Framework, Non-Monotonic Quasinormal Shifts, and Gravitational-Wave Falsiability

This paper introduces the Wx-E-TES (Wertix Torsion-Elastic Spacetime) framework, a metric-affine effective theory for regular compact objects in which three coupled sectors — massive propagating torsion, nonlinear elastic saturation, and a parity-sensitive electromagnetic recycling channel — jointly regularize the interior geometry without curvature singularities, while remaining fully consistent with General Relativity in the weak-field limit. The central result is a non-monotonic quasinormal-mode frequency shift driven by the torsion mass parameter: the shift grows from zero, peaks at approximately 9.4 percent below the Schwarzschild baseline near the point where the torsion Compton wavelength matches the photon-sphere scale, then decreases back toward zero as the torsion field is pushed inside the horizon. This peak-and-decay structure — the Wertix spectral fingerprint — does not appear in any metric-only regularization model or scalar-hair modification of General Relativity, and constitutes a qualitative discriminator for massive torsion in the strong-field regime. The paper derives the regular static geometry analytically from the elastic saturation mechanism, establishes curvature regularity throughout, identifies two observationally distinct parameter regimes (a black-hole branch probed by quasinormal spectroscopy and an exotic-compact-object branch probed by gravitational-wave echo delays), and provides cross-validated spectral predictions for the fundamental and higher quasinormal modes.
