Abstract

LFIS–03 derives the Cadence Ledger: the global curvature-accounting structure governing how Temporal Stretch (TS), Temporal Depth (TD), and radiative routing balance across Light Frames. The volume formalizes the three-channel ledger identity in which source perturbations partition into propagating TS, stored TD, and radiated mismatch. Building on LFIS–01’s projection laws and LFIS–02’s capacity geometry, LFIS–03 explains why TS drift cannot accumulate indefinitely across cosmic voids, why TD-saturated regions function as curvature sinks, and how coarse-grained cadence neutrality is maintained. The volume also distinguishes local TR occupancy from boundary-flux discharge, clarifying how radiation enters the ledger without breaking the balanced-contract regime. LFIS–03 supplies the conservation/accounting infrastructure used by the later frame-matching, representability, boundary, drift-sink, electrodynamic, and cosmological volumes of the Light Frame Infrastructure Series.
