Stephen E. Kimmel is the Dean’s Professor and Chair of the Department of Epidemiology at the University of Florida College of Public Health and Health Professions. He completed his internal medicine training at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital and his cardiology fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. His research focuses on cardiovascular epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology, and developing prediction models for patient outcomes in cardiac procedures.
