Professor Abigail Fraser is Professor of Epidemiology at Bristol Medical School, University of Bristol. Her research focuses on the life course epidemiology of women's reproductive health and its relationship with chronic disease risk in later life, including links between pregnancy complications such as pre-eclampsia, preterm delivery, fetal growth restriction and gestational diabetes and later cardiometabolic health. She holds positions affiliated with the British Heart Foundation and MRC Integrative Epidemiology Unit.
