The article analyzes the files of judicial practice related to the emergence of ownership rights to facilities constructed during the performance of a technological connection agreement, and identifies the criteria that judicial practice most often uses to resolve this issue. The issues related to the legal nature of a technological connection agreement are considered, and the grounds for the emergence of ownership right are examined. Based on the analysis of judicial practice, the issue concerning the possibility of safe and separate use of electric grid facilities related to a single property complex is considered. The article also highlights relevant areas for further reformation of laws.
