This paper redefines dialogue as the operational field of the Thought OS and proposes a structural design for transformative conversation. By externalizing the OS’s core cycle—FQ (Faith Quotient) → Mindflight Cognition → SQ (Structural Quotient)—into dialogue, it reconstructs the process as a reproducible structure of “Pressure → Leap → Alignment.” The paper applies the Thought Hexahedron to conversation design and introduces leap-inducing techniques tailored to each facet of dialogue. Additionally, it presents three evaluation indicators—pressure accumulation, frequency of cognitive leap, and structural alignment—to measure the effectiveness of structural dialogue, along with typical patterns of success and failure. Through this framework, dialogue evolves from an improvised skill to an implementable technique for thought generation, enabling its systematic deployment in education, organizations, and collaborative settings.
