In the period 2019–2025, the political system of Ukraine underwent radical changes, acquiring the features of a super-presidential republic with unlimited powers of the administration of V. Zelensky. The elections, inevitable in the context of the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis, were repeatedly announced during the Special Military Operation in the information space, however, as time has shown, such messages turned out to be nothing more than fakes (or political technology acts). Taking this circumstance into account, the authors made their efforts to compile an essay on the modern Ukrainian political scene, its most prominent leaders and socio-political forces.
