Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS) at the Directorate General of Treasury (DJPb) Central Java and its effect on employee job satisfaction, with Psychological Capital as a mediating variable. The sample was determined using Slovin's formula with a 5% margin of error, involving all employees of DJPb Central Java as respondents. The analytical methods employed in this study include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Tests (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Linearity Test), and Hypothesis Testing using the Coefficient of Determination (R²), F-test, and t-test. This research is expected to contribute valuable empirical data regarding employee satisfaction in relation to the implementation of High-Performance Work Systems at DJPb Central Java.
