Education is a very important thing in human life, because with education it can enlighten the life of the nation, can form a dignified nation, and produce a superior generation. Education can also be interpreted as an effort to humanize humans, where education has a true meaning, namely education as a forum for discovering self-potential by adapting each talent and interest as well as the needs of each child to become more humane. Education does not only focus on science, but is based on self-development, good attitudes and behaviors so that they can live life with the intellect and character gained from learning experiences. This study adopted a descriptive qualitative approach as a strategy to explore new meanings, explain a condition, determine the frequency of occurrence, and categorize information. In processing the data, researchers conducted a systematic analysis and presentation of facts, facilitating understanding and drawing conclusions. The data collection method used was a literature study, in which researchers accessed various sources of information through online libraries, including books, journals, and other relevant references. The results of this study have found that the Golden Generation of Indonesia 2045 is not just a slogan, but is attempted through structured planning and is still by various stakeholders, namely families, schools and communities. The institution that serves as the basis for learning is elementary schools, which are expected to have commendable mindsets, attitudes, and morals from an early age. Implementing habits and role models is one of the main things because assessments should not always be knowledge-based but rather the development of students' complete character. Efforts to develop character education can be implemented in schools, one of which is by adopting a grand design for character education, where collaboration is needed between educational units, families, and communities to create habits not only of knowledge but also attitudes and skills through various approaches and learning methods by elevating noble values and supporting factors from outside to produce a golden generation of 2045 with character.
