One of the United Nations' goals to achieve by the year 2030 is to eradicate poverty in all its forms globally. This aligns with the first goal set by the United Nations for developing countries, including Nigeria. In pursuit of its development agenda, Nigeria established the N-power program as part of its poverty alleviation initiatives. This study aims to examine the impact of the N-Power programme on poverty reduction and youth unemployment among the beneficiaries in Dekina, Lokoja and Okene Local Government Areas in Kogi State. The research focuses on Entrepreneurial skill acquisition and improved livelihood of beneficiaries. The study analyzed the Graduate category with the following three components: N-Teach, N-Health, and N-Agro. This Study employs a mixed-methods approach to comprehensively examine the impact of the N-Power Scheme on poverty alleviation in the three selected Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Kogi State. The research utilizes both qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews and Questionnaires, to gather data from a valid sample size of 348 respondents. The quantitative data Was subjected to descriptive analysis using simple percentages, providing insights into the Demographic composition of the beneficiaries. The study established that N-power program has a significant impact on the mentioned factors and recommended that intervention programs like NPower should continue to serve as a tool for entrepreneurial skill development in any developing nation like Nigeria.
