The field of modern information and communication technology has become an absolute necessity in accompanying and supporting institutions that are considered the main pillars for the launch of the advanced digital economy, away from dependence on hydrocarbons. Algeria, which is betting on developing its modern institutions through creativity and innovation in the field of technology and artificial intelligence, especially in light of the digital transformation that the world is currently witnessing, and the opportunities and challenges it provides for these institutions and their digitization. As specialists and researchers in this field stressed the need to find the necessary mechanisms to stimulate emerging institutions to keep pace with technological creativity and innovation while reviewing the most important digital projects, they indicated that this sector in Algeria lacks a technological infrastructure, especially with regard to digital marketing, which requires new funding, combating bureaucracy, and adopting strategies based on knowledge and its management.
