The participation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in United Nations peacekeeping missions is an important component of the country's foreign policy aimed at maintaining peace and security and protecting national interests. This activity is of great importance in terms of fulfilling international obligations, strengthening the military-political positions of the country and its overall authority in the global arena. This article discusses a proposal to amend some articles of the regulatory legal acts regulating the peacekeeping activities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to improve the legal status, social and legal situation of our contingent during the provision of peacekeeping services.
