To address the challenges of mine safety supervision, meet the requirements of multi-source data integration and analysis, and solve the problem of data silos, this paper designs and develops an intelligent mine production integration and safety emergency control platform. The platform, based on technologies such as the Internet of Things and big data, mainly consists of three subsystems: basic information management of mines, production control, and intelligent safety emergency response. In terms of technical implementation, a microservice architecture is adopted, and it is built based on the J2EE specification and the lightweight SpringBoot framework to realize the real-time monitoring and early warning function of mine safety production. The application in Xinjiang Tianhua shows that this platform has demonstrated significant advantages in mine safety supervision, achieving real-time monitoring of various areas of the mine and automatic data collection, effectively enhancing supervision efficiency, and providing strong support for the digital transformation of the mining industry.
