The article discusses the issues of financial and investment development of the regions. The parameters characterizing the financial and investment potential of the regions have been determined, which are relative indicators that include data on all levels of economic agents: the state, enterprises and households. Based on the selected indicators, consolidated indices of the financial and investment potential of the regions were calculated, and appropriate conclusions were drawn.
