The results indicate that while thestudents demonstrate high competencies in digital ethics and digital learningutilization, they exhibit deficiencies in digital tool usage and data utilizationcompetencies. Furthermore, the sub-competencies of digital literacy were found tobe statistically significantly correlated, with an increase in digital tool usagecompetency leading to an improvement in data utilization competency. Among thevariables affecting learner’ digital literacy, academic year and duration of Koreanlanguage learning were found to have significant impacts. The examination of digitalliteracy experiences revealed that learners have abundant digital usage experiences, utilizing the internet in various ways across learning, daily life, and emotionalaspects. Based on these findings, this paper proposes educational strategies toenhance digital literacy among international students in the field of Korean languageeducation.
