The study aimed to examine the influence of organizational citizenship on the work performance and work ethics of employees. To deepen the concept of the study, literatures were reviewed. The study used descriptive assessment and correlational research design. The population were all employees of the institution where the study was conducted. Data were gathered using research questionnaires and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. Thus, weighted mean and Analysis of Variance were utilized to analyze the results. The study found that organizational citizenship behaviour, work performance and work ethics of the employees were high. Overall, there was no correlation between organizational citizenship behaviour and work performance and work ethics. However, taking it singly, there was a correlation between organizational citizenship behaviour and work ethics in terms of the moral attitude of employees toward work. In other words, organizational citizenship behaviour enhances work ethics along with the moral attitude toward work.
