Drafting of a Web – Based Registration and Reporting Information System at the Afifa Prambon Clinic

Afifa prambon clinic faces significant challenges in the process of registration and reporting of medical records that are still done manually, which increases the risk of duplication of patient medical record numbers and errors in health services. This study aims to design and develop a web-based outpatient registration and reporting information system at the clinic. The research method used is the waterfall method, covering the stages of needs collection, analysis, and system design. At the stage of collecting needs, data were collected through interviews with clinic staff, observation, and literature studies.
