The article devoted to consideration of some nonmaterial factors, ideological and morally ethical especially, including historical and religious ones, and their complex influence on social-economic process, on motivations and economic behavior of subjects. because underestimation of their importance had serious negative consequences. Author stresses the absence for Russia of any civilization “prohibition” for change its way of development and criticize the opposite position. Both positive sides of economic reforms and narrow-minded character of them, including juridical determinism, are discussed. However, the main portion of the article devoted to analysis of ideological and morally-ethical determinants of economic behavior. Analysis of the first ones based of review of contemporary Russian philosophers, who name ideology as a “believes in package of knowledge”. They also assume impossible to remove ideology as such and also discuss differences between official and shadow ideologies. The religious ideology is also touched. An important role of noninstitutional, moral factors of economic behavior as a mainstream in modern economic science is mentioned in the section on moral ethical factors. Originally antic category of Tymos as soon and a moral incarnation of it in the notion of human dignity, problems of trust, consciousness, feelings of shame and gratitude are considered. A special section devoted to important problem of Kinism and cynicism as morally opposing each other in historical and philosophical aspects. Article is concluded by Kantian maxim on ethic as a lifejacket for humanity, in dark times especially.
