Time Management, Communication and Work Stress on the Productivity of Students Who Work at Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University

One of the most important assets for a company or institution is human resources. Everyone has different levels of ability, expertise and creativity. However, these abilities, skills and creativity cannot be optimized without developing human resources. This research aims to evaluate the influence of the level of time management, communication and stress management which greatly influence the productivity of students who work part time at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. This research uses cause and effect analysis with a quantitative approach, which means the research data is in the form of numbers and analyzed using statistics. The variables used in this research are Time Management, Communication, and Work Stress, while the dependent variable is Productivity. The research location is Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The population in this study were management students class of 2020 in the evening class at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo.
