This research aims to describe and explain the influence of professional training, personality, financial rewards and job market considerations on students' interest in a career as a public accountant. This research uses quantitative type of research. The population used was students of the 5th semester accounting study program at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, totaling 100 students. The sampling technique in this research was to use purposive sampling method. The results of this research show that Professional Training partially has a positive and significant effect on Students' Interest in a Career as a Public Accountant. Personality partially has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in becoming a public accountant. Financial Awards partially have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in a career as a public accountant. Job market considerations partiallyhave a positive and significant effect on students' interest in pursuing a career as a public accountant.
