With the development of social work in China and the gradual improvement of the market economic system, the entrepreneurial transformation of social work agencies has become an inevitable trend. In this context, this paper discusses in depth the path, challenges and strategies of the entrepreneurial transformation of social work agencies in China. Firstly, it elaborates the necessity of the entrepreneurial transformation of social work agencies from the theoretical level, and analyses its significance in improving the service quality, enhancing the vitality of the agencies, and optimizing the allocation of resources. Secondly, through practical cases, it demonstrates the specific paths of the entrepreneurial transformation of social work agencies, such as the introduction of market-oriented operation, the strengthening of human resource management, and the innovation of service models. At the same time, this paper also puts forward a series of coping strategies for the challenges that may be encountered in the process of transformation, such as conceptual change, policy environment, and talent drain. In addition, this paper also provides useful reference and inspiration for China's social work organisations by analysing the case studies of entrepreneurial transformation of outstanding social work organisations at home and abroad. In short, this paper aims to provide theoretical and practical support for the entrepreneurial transformation of China's social work agencies, with a view to promoting the healthy development of China's social work career.
