Abstract The purpose of these three presentations is to highlight the role of the Association of Occupational Physicians of the Oriental Region (AMETRO) in promoting health and workplace safety. The significance of occupational medicine in both the public and private sectors is illustrated through two examples: the contribution of occupational medicine in combating COVID-19 at CHR Al Farabi and the role of the occupational health service in demonstrating the importance of health and safety management through the analysis of initial aid incidents recorded in the service related to work activities.
