The work analyzes the requirements for Halal certifi cation of the Gulf countries, Malaysia, Turkey, Russia and the Council of Muftis of the Russian Federation. Certification systems of different countries are described. A comparative description of the established requirements for the production of meat products with the Halal mark of conformity has been compiled.
