In a professional career understanding theories is important. It is like laying the groundwork for practical knowledge. However, real value comes from putting that knowledge into action through practice. By practicing sincerely, we gain experience, which is crucial for becoming experts in our fields. When we reflect on our experiences using what we know, our insights can spark innovation and big changes. People who have a lot of knowledge have practiced a lot, and then shared what they've learned in practical ways, can become leaders in their fields. Experience is very important, but if you do not have it yourself, learning from others' experiences is a good alternative.
