Abstract

Anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy for B-cell acute lymphoid leukemiaHistorically the long-term survival of patients with relapsed and refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) has been poor despite the application of allogeneic stem cell transplants and especially after such transplants fail.
