This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of The dose of chicken manure and NPK fertilizer on growth oil palm seedlings at the early seedling stage. This research was conducted in East Tarengge Village, Wotu District, East Luwu Regency. Takes place from May to August 2022. This study was designed with a two-factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) factors, namely chicken manure (200, 300 and 400 g/polybag) and NPK fertilizer (2, 2.5, 3g/polybag). Parameters observed were plant height, number of leaf area, stem diameter, root length and root weight. The results of this study indicate that the interaction between manure chicken and NPK fertilizer showed a significant effect on growth of oil palm seedlings. Giving chicken manure with a dose of 300 gr/polybag provides higher growth than dosing 200 gr/polybag and 400 gr/polybag, as well as the provision of NPK fertilizer with a dose of 2,5 g/polybag tends to give higher growth than other treatments
