In recent years, with the rapid development of machine learning algorithm technology, research algorithms based on machine learning have also received increasing attention. Based on the characteristics of an automated financial management platform system, this article compares the advantages and disadvantages of various learning algorithms and designs a financial management system based on machine learning to achieve intelligence, automation, and humanization of the financial management system. On this basis, using methods such as deep learning, data mining, model optimization, fusion learning, and algorithm optimization, automated management of financial services such as securities investment portfolios, risk assessment, and loan approval are achieved, providing customers with more accurate and efficient financial services. This article tests the recall rate of the Stacking machine learning algorithm at 99% and other performance metrics, which is superior to other machine learning algorithms. The Stacking algorithm is currently the best learning algorithm on the automated financial management platform.
