اتِّجاه خريجي أقسام المكتبات والوثائق والمعلومات في الجامعات المِصريَّة نحو العمل الحرِّ عبر الإنترنت للحدِّ من ظاهرة البطالة: دراسة مَسْحيَّة The Attitude of Graduates of the Library, Documents, and Information Departments in Egyptian Universities towards online Freelancing to reduce unemployment phenomenon: A survey study.

يعدّ العمل الحر إحدى أهم القوى الدافعة للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للدولة؛ لأنه يسهم بشكل كبير في حل مشكلة البطالة التي أصبحت مصدر قلق لكثير من الشباب الخريجين. ومن هنا هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مدى اتجاه خريجي أقسام المكتبات والوثائق والمعلومات بالجامعات المصرية نحو العمل الحر للحد من مشكلة البطالة؛ وذلك من خلال عيِّنة مكوَّنة من ثلاثمائة وأربع وستِّين (364) خريجًا، وباستخدام المنهج المسحي في جانبه الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة الإلكترونية كأداة لجمع البيانات. جاءت نتائج الدراسة لُتشير إلى أن مُعدل البطالة بين أفراد العيِّنة بلغت (60.6%)، وهو السبب الرئيس لتوجههم نحو العمل الحر (55.5%)، وأنَّ عدم مصداقية أطراف العمل في بعض الأحيان أحد أهم المخاوف التي يُمكن أن يواجهها الشّباب عند ممارسته (61%). كذلك درجة استعداد هؤلاء الخريجين للعمل الحر جاءت (جيدة)، وأوصت الدِّراسة بضرورة إقامة شراكات بين المؤسسات الصناعيَّة والتجاريَّة والجامعات لتحديد احتياجاتهم من الخريجين وفقًا لمتطلبات سوق العمل، وتدريس مقرر العمل الحر في مجال المكتبات كمقرر رئيس ضمن مقررات أقسام المكتبات والوثائق والمعلومات، ونشر ثقافة العمل الحر بين الطلاب والخريجين من خلال وسائل الإعلام المرئية والمسموعة، وتوفير التمويل والدعم الكافيين لمشروعات التخرج من قبل الجامعة Freelancing is one of the most important driving forces for the economic and social development of the state, because it contributes significantly to solving unemployment problem, which has become a dramatic concern for many young graduates. Hence, the current study aimed to investigate the extent to which graduates of the libraries, documents, and information departments in Egyptian universities tend towards online freelancing to overcome the unemployment problem. The researcher selected a sample of three hundred and sixty-four (364) graduates, using the survey method in its descriptive and analytical aspect, and the electronic questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The results of the study indicated the unemployment rate among the sample amounted to (60.6%), which is the reason for them to heading toward Freelancing (55.5%), and the lack of credibility of the work parties sometimes is one of the most important concerns that they faced (61%). Regarding the degree of readiness of these graduates for freelancing came (good).The study recommended that there is a need to establish partnerships between industrial and commercial institutions and universities to determine their needs for graduates in accordance with the requirements of the labor market. Teaching freelancing course in the field of libraries is considered a major course within the library, documents & information department as well. Additionally, the freelancing course should be taught as a major course within the LIS departments to promote the freelancing culture among graduates.
