This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and workload on employee loyalty with work life balance as a mediating variable at Ananda General Hospital Purwokerto. A quantitative approach is applied in using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the SmartPLS application. The population of this study is all employees (medical and administrative personnel). Sampling was done using saturated sampling techniques with a sample of 201 employees. The results of the analysis show that leadership style, workload, and Work-life Balance partially have a positive and significant effect on Loyalty. Work-life Balance can mediate the relationship between the Leadership Style variable and Employee Loyalty, and Work-life Balance can mediate the relationship between the Workload variable on Employee Loyalty.
