Under the background of the new era, the financial support work of colleges and universities is facing the urgent need to transform from "protection-oriented" to "development-oriented". This paper takes General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thesis on education and rural revitalization as a guide, focuses on the functional positioning and mechanism of party building leadership in financial support and education, and systematically builds a trinity theoretical framework of "embeddedness-empowerment-symbiosis". The study finds that: the embedding system ensures political orientation and fairness through the Party committee's coordinated policy design, the resource empowerment relies on the Party's advantages to build a multi-dimensional support system of "material-spiritual-capability", and the synergistic symbiosis mechanism promotes the "family-school-society" multiple subjects. The synergistic mechanism promotes the "family, school and society" to build a sustainable development ecology. In view of the problems of superficial embedding of functions and homogenization of empowerment paths in the current practice, the study proposes to deepen the institutional guarantee of Party building, improve the long-term mechanism of empowerment, and build a synergistic ecology of nurturing, and other countermeasures and suggestions. The innovation of the study is to reveal the dynamic logic of the Party building function and financial support, provide theoretical support for cracking the problems of insufficient value leadership and inefficient resource integration in the traditional financial support model, and help education equity upgrade from "guaranteeing survival" to "development and empowerment". It also serves the strategy of revitalizing the countryside and strengthening the country through education. In the future, we can further explore the integration path of "intelligent party building + accurate financial aid" in digital transformation, and promote the deepening development of the theoretical system of student financial aid with Chinese characteristics.
