This preprint presents a causal-structural framework in which spacetime structure, gravity, horizon thermodynamics, and quantum measurement are unified through a single organizing principle: finite causal capacity. Rather than introducing new dynamical laws, the work offers an interpretational perspective that reexamines established physical phenomena in terms of constraints on causal addressability and causal organization. The framework is intended as a foundation for future mathematical development and potential empirical exploration.
