Observer–Continuity Correlation (OCC) presents a structured framework for examining how observation processes correlate with changes in system continuity, persistence, and recoverability. Rather than treating observation as passive or purely informational, the framework analyzes how measurement, monitoring, and interpretive interaction align with continuity stabilization or degradation. OCC adopts a non-causal, continuity-centered approach that allows observer influence to be evaluated across physical, computational, biological, and organizational systems without invoking metaphysical assumptions.
