Abstract This paper establishes the harmonised terminological foundations of MKS®-Thronaxis, a metadisciplinary architecture for knowledge after postmodernism. Previous formulations risked terminological confusion by employing overlapping vocabulary across distinct conceptual domains. This prolegomenon resolves such ambiguity through rigorous terminological harmonisation: Ontological Strata (horizontal layers of being) belong exclusively to Thronaxis Cosmology; Epistemic Axes (vertical modes of knowing) belong exclusively to Hierarchical Epistemology; Methodological Grids (domain-specific procedures) belong exclusively to Empirical Metadisciplinary Theology. The framework rests upon four foundational pillars—Thronaxis Cosmology (ontological grounding), Hierarchical Epistemology (cognitive ordering), Synthesism (philosophical coherence), and Empirical Metadisciplinary Theology (methodological integration)—which together accomplish homecoming reintegration: the return of fragmented disciplines to their proper places within an ordered whole (Maiywa-Masai, 2025).
