AbstractIn the formation of the national school of fine arts of Uzbekistan, painting in the 1920s and 1930s was a kind of foundation and creative basis that determined subsequent trends. This article reveals the dependence and close relationship of the artistic process of the 1920-1930-years from the historical and political events of the time, that this period was an important factor in the formation of national identity of art and that art is a creative source for contemporary art.
