The sleep wake routine recommended in Islam coincides well with modern scientific research. This paper explores its impact on psychological and physical health. Regression analysis was performed on data collected through a questionnaire that assessed sleep-wake timings as well as psychological and physical health scores of the respondents, on validated scales (GHQ, PWBS & SWLS). The results showed significant relationship between sleep wake timings and mental and physical health specifically sleeping and waking early. By integrating the Islamic teachings and contemporary sleep science, this paper offers practical recommendations for improving wellbeing, productivity and health through optimized sleep routines
