ABSTRACT This paper examines organizational and technological capabilities that facilitate circular economy practices (CEP) in the Chinese electronics and electrical manufacturing sector. Grounded in the resource‐based view and the natural resource‐based view, the study investigates how green knowledge sharing (GKS), green supply chain collaboration, and digitalization (DIG) foster a green creative climate (GCC), and how GCC translates into CEP. It further tests whether artificial intelligence information quality (AIQ) strengthens the GCC–CEP relationship. Using survey data from industry managers and partial least squares structural equation modeling, the results show that GKS, supply chain collaboration, and DIG significantly enhance GCC, which in turn promotes CEP. AIQ positively moderates the GCC–CEP link by improving the usability, timeliness, and reliability of insights used to implement creative environmental ideas. The study contributes to circular economy research by integrating knowledge‐based, collaborative, and digital capabilities with a climate‐based mechanism and a digital‐intelligence boundary condition, offering implications for managers and policymakers seeking to accelerate circular production in dynamic industrial environments.
