High-throughput visual detection of multiple sweat biomarkers based on Au@Pt modified bimetallic MOF-derived nanozyme hydrogels
Key Points
The research aims to develop a wearable sensor for detecting multiple sweat biomarkers simultaneously.
Constructed a hydrogel matrix-based sensor using a MOF-derived nanozyme.
Implemented colorimetric detection for improved visibility of results.
Focused on detecting vitamin C, lactate, and uric acid in sweat.
Successfully detected all three biomarkers with clear color changes.
Demonstrated potential for real-time health monitoring using sweat analysis.
Abstract
We constructed a MOF-derived nanozyme with a hydrogel matrix-based colourimetric wearable sensor for the simultaneous detection of three representative sweat biomarkers: vitamin C, lactate, and uric acid.
