Community health centers (CHCs) play a crucial role in healthcare delivery in Uganda, serving as essential points of access for primary care services. A fixed effects regression model will be employed to estimate the impact on healthcare outcomes, accounting for potential confounding variables such as socio-economic status and geographic location. Results indicate that CHCs in rural areas with higher income levels exhibit significantly greater service utilization compared to urban settings (p < 0. 05). The study highlights the importance of resource allocation strategies tailored to local contexts for enhancing CHC efficiency and accessibility. Policy recommendations include targeted investments in underserved regions, alongside continuous monitoring of programme effectiveness. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
