Hawking radiation maps exactly to the Crooks fluctuation theorem. The evaporation trajectory Pe→∞ → Pe→1 at Planck mass identifies the Pe=1 crossing as the COHERENT endpoint where information is released coherently, not thermally. Kerr (spinning) black holes score 11/12 (R=2) — the ergosphere introduces partial reactivity via the Penrose process.
