Logistics is an integral part of globalization and economic growth, and its efficiency is crucial for the competitiveness of countries and regions. The study focuses on the analysis of the Logistics Performance Index (LPI) in five global regions - the European Union, North America, Latin America and the Caribbean, South Asia, and East Asia and the Pacific. By applying the entropy and MAUT methods, key aspects of logistics were assessed, resulting in a ranking of the regions according to their performance. The results showed that North America and East Asia achieved the best rankings, while South Asia showed the lowest. The study also identifies the importance of each LPI aspect and highlights their impact on overall logistics performance. Logistics performance as assessed by the LPI and is also closely related to the quality of logistics services with respect to each LPI aspect.
