The study aimed to investigate the impact of organizational health on creative thinking from the perspective of academic leaders at Shaqra University. The study used a descriptive analytical approach, with a study population comprising 152 academic leaders. A questionnaire was used as a study tool, and the data were analyzed using the statistical program SPSS v24. The study detected that the implementation of organizational health, as perceived by academic leaders at Shaqra University, was at a high level. In addition, the level of creative thinking among these leaders was also high. The study showed a statistical significant positive correlation between organizational health and improved creative thinking. Furthermore, it revealed the positive impact of organizational health on creative thinking from the perspective of academic leaders at Shaqra University. The study found no statistically significant differences between in average assessments of organizational health and creative thinking based on the variables of gender, academic degree, job title, and years of service. The study recommends the following: encouraging creative thinking among academic leaders; fostering an entrepreneurial spirit; prioritizing organizational health within the university; boosting employee moral to generate a greater number of creative ideas; and finally promoting a culture where failure in experiments is accepted as a pathway to success.
