Assessment of the impact of proposed works on surrounding Heritage Assets. The proposals involve the internal reorganisation of a late Victorian farm building converted in the twentieth century for use as classrooms, storage and offices for Shiplake College. The building affected is not listed and are not located in a Conservation Area. The building does not meet the criteria for listing. Fabric affected by the proposed works is modern, dating at the earliest to the conversion of the structure to its current purpose. No fabric of historic significance will be affected by the proposal.
