Maternal health programmes have been implemented in Ethiopian urban centers to reduce maternal mortality rates. A comprehensive search strategy was employed using electronic databases such as PubMed and Google Scholar. Studies were included if they met specific criteria related to maternal health interventions in urban Ethiopia. The review identified a significant improvement in prenatal care utilization, with an increase of 20% among participants compared to the general population. Despite initial positive outcomes, sustained improvements require ongoing support and policy reinforcement. Continued investment in health infrastructure and education campaigns is recommended to maintain these gains. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
