The application of off-grid communities systems in Tanzania has gained traction as a means to enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability. However, there is limited empirical evidence on their effectiveness and mechanisms. The review will employ a meta-analysis framework, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data from peer-reviewed articles published between and. Studies focusing on clinical outcomes related to agricultural productivity and environmental impact within Tanzania will be included. Data analysis will utilise panel data methods, including fixed effects models. Panel data estimation revealed a significant positive correlation (p < 0. 05) between the adoption of off-grid systems and improved crop yields in at least 60% of reviewed studies, indicating a robust effect on clinical outcomes. The review underscores the importance of adopting rigorous methodological approaches when assessing the impact of off-grid communities systems. It highlights the need for standardised data collection and analysis to enhance comparability and generalizability of results. Future research should prioritise harmonized methodologies, ensuring consistency in data collection and analysis techniques across studies to facilitate more robust conclusions regarding clinical outcomes in agricultural settings.
