The impact of globalization on the judiciary is modern, previously it was centered on economic and political aspects, the first to point out this impact was the American lawyer and professor of law at Princeton University Anne Marie Slaughter, it was explained as a continuous and dynamic means of judicial interaction between national and international courts and judges, the exchange of ideas and cooperation in cases involving national law as well as international law, and making room for inspiration that helps in developing the judiciary and expanding the discretionary power granted to it, which contributes to developing the judiciary to keep pace with the changes taking place in the world, and establishing an interconnected global judicial system that will change international relations, because it creates a new model for resolving cases of all kinds that have become the talk of the world and it is difficult to rely only on local law to put an end to them from crimes of piracy and electronic terrorism, environmental protection, crimes of genocide, as well as working to provide the best protection for human rights, globalization has become known as a synonym for modern democracy that makes room for people's freedom of movement and work, which ultimately places the courts as centers of international power that will influence global politics in a way that it has never done before
