Lynne McTaggart's empirical Power of 8 research (2011–2017) documents that groups of 8 people focusing a shared intention on a specific target — a person, a biological sample, a measurable outcome — consistently produce statistically significant effects beyond chance, often including measurable healing outcomes and significant psychological transformation in the intenders themselves. The mechanism is unknown within classical neuroscience. This paper formalizes the Power of 8 phenomenon within the TI Sigma framework, deriving a quantitative model via: (1) the Emerick Constant C as the per-individual consciousness coupling threshold, (2) the collective coupling identity C × N^φ = Γgroup (group coherence factor), (3) the LCC attractor basin framework predicting the energetic "depth" required for group-induced state transitions in a target, (4) Tralse-Joules (TJ) as the currency of non-local influence, and (5) a specific empirical prediction: group coherence exceeds the critical Γc = 1 (unity) threshold when N ≥ 8 individuals align at or above CEMERICK coupling, which is exactly McTaggart's empirically discovered group size. The paper also introduces the **TI Sigma Manifestation Machine** — a structured AI-mediated hybrid system where the user directs AI agents to identify, qualify, and facilitate connection with optimal partners (romantic, business, scientific, philosophical) while simultaneously tracking the Power of 8 group's collective intention metrics.
