This paper presents an AI-driven project management tool developed using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). The system integrates machine learning techniques for task prioritization, deadline prediction, and intelligent resource allocation. The proposed system improves project efficiency by reducing manual intervention and enabling real-time decision-making. It includes features such as task management, collaboration, predictive analytics, and automated scheduling. Experimental results demonstrate improved performance compared to traditional project management tools. The system is scalable, efficient, and suitable for modern software development environments.
