Castleman disease (CD) is a rare lymphoproliferative disorder of varying etiology, pathology, and clinical manifestations. The renal manifestations of CD can involve the glomerular compartment, tubulointerstitium, and the vessels of the kidney and may progress to end-stage renal disease. A case of incidentally detected unicentric CD in a young male with chronic kidney disease - end-stage renal disease is being discussed here.
